Return Policy:
We trust you will be totally satisfied with your Total Fan Gear purchase. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, our easy return policy is stated below. The packing slip will contain detailed instructions for returning an item. Here are the simple steps to follow:
- 1. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of original purchase.
- 2. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned items
- 3. Customer will pay for the return shipment of items.
- 4. Returns must include a receipt and the items must be in original condition, including tags and labels.
- 5. Please refer to your packing slip for detailed return information.
- 6. Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
- 7. All products must be returned in good condition, in original packaging (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
- 8. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless the shipping cost of the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
- 9. For your protection, we recommend that you use Fed-Ex or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days.
